Thunder Müg
Thunder Müg was a humor magazine I and my friends published for about a year and a half during college. It was juvenile, it was crude, but it was also occasionally brilliant. We managed to publish about 9 issues in 1996 and 1997.
Issue 2, May 1996
For a while, I maintained a website for it in memoriam, but eventually let it lapse due to a combination of sudden thriftiness and a suspicion that, in this google-informed world, some of the former editors may not have wanted it to impact their professional careers. Nonetheless, by the end it was a pretty rad-looking website and I intend to recreate it here to a certain extent. When I tried to pick out just a few articles I realized that there were far too many that I enjoy, but I am not sure yet how to put it all back online. We shall see.
For the time being, I will link to a few of my favorite Thunder Müg moments. These articles are not intended for kids or the thin-skinned.
